Continuity & Perfection: Breaking a streak can be demotivating. 'Continuity Cogs' are rare rewards used on the heatmap to fill in a missed day, repairing your streak. For those who go above and beyond, completing at least once all the available default quests AND all available daily quests in a single day turns that day's heatmap square gold—a sign of a perfect day!
Grind Mode: For days when you need maximum focus, Grind Mode offers a minimalist, distraction-free interface. It strips away the "meta-game" elements, allowing you to concentrate purely on the task at hand, while still tracking your effort in the background.
Overdrive: When enabled in Settings, your session won't automatically end when the timer hits zero. Instead, it enters "Overdrive," counting up to track your flow state. You earn 5 bonus XP for every 10 minutes spent working beyond your original goal, rewarding deep focus without encouraging burnout.
Daily Journaling: Writing down your goals for the day and your plans for the next has a great positive effect. It provides clarity, increases accountability, and helps you reflect on your progress, which are all key components of effective self-improvement.
Steel Vitality: Found in your Journal, this feature tracks your subjective resilience. Rate your day's durability from 'Rusted' (brittle/exhausted) to 'Mythril' (unbreakable). This data helps you understand how your internal state fluctuates alongside your productivity.
The Blacksmith's Report: Once you have logged at least 10 days of both activity and Vitality scores, click the Banner icon in the Journal. The app uses statistical analysis (Pearson correlation) to reveal hidden patterns—does high Creativity boost your mood? Does excessive Overdrive dull your blade? Use this data to optimize your routine.
Prestige System: When an attribute reaches its max level (10), you can "Prestige" it. This resets the attribute to Level 1 but grants it a permanent rank (I - X). The 'Activity Graph' shows your quest distribution over the last 30 days, while 'Quest History' provides a detailed log of today's completed tasks with an option to undo the last entry.
Plan Your Week: This feature allows you to proactively manage your energy. You can set days as 'Standard' (a normal day), 'High-Demand' (a day with unavoidable, time-consuming activities, but still eligible for "Minimum Viable Actions"/"MVAs"), or 'Recovery' (a lighter day that automatically follows a high-demand day to prevent burnout). This adjusts your default timer suggestions accordingly.
